“The front desk guy that helped me on Saturday at 10:30 was great initially my room was not clean, hair on phone, towels and bathrooms and had a constant drilling noise, like a construction at 11pm at night, I mentioned that to him and he swapped me to a nicer, cleaner and higher room, he was excellent”

“My room was well decorated with high quality finishes. The restaurant area was large, bright and cheery. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I have two somewhat negative comments. First, very few of the staff spoke English. Finally, the hotel does not have heat. I was chilly for four days..... Overall, I highly recommend this property, especially at their room rates. I would stay there again without question.”
