This 1400 sq ft townhome is newly remodeled! It includes a single car garage, a Master King Room w/TV, 2 Queen Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, comfortable reclining living room furniture, fireplace, Wi-Fi, streaming options and a laundry room! Fenced backyard features patio furniture, smoker/grill and a great view of the city from the raised backyard deck! Just minutes from downtown where the best restaurants are located.
-We are a PET FRIENDLY property with extra cleaning precautions. Please max 2 pets (less than 30lbs) for the small, fenced yard.
