Guests enjoy access to a private dock just a 1–2 minute walk from the home—perfect for launching kayaks, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water.
🚩 Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (Mandatory – Set by the HOA):
Amenity Fee: $6 per person, per day (ages 6+). Includes pools, lakes, clubhouse & more.
Gate Card: $20 per vehicle
Transaction Fee: $35
We’ll handle the payment and registration with the community and send you a receipt. A payment request will be sent 3 days before check-in.
⚠️ Important Deadlines
Registration must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival — no exceptions.
Any changes or guest list adjustments must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in.
