We stayed here for one night and I wish it was one week! The view was stunning, beach was gorgeous and the staff were so kind and friendly and accommodating. This was at the end of our vacation and I wish we had had more time here. Absolutely worth it and could not recommend more

Pro - Hotel has a beach - People are very kind and helpful - Supermarket very close if you should need something - Busstop is next to the hotel - Room is big enough, with balcony and amazing view! - 15min to old town Split if you have a car. Or with Uber Contra: -Nothing Very pleased and happy to stay there!

As soon as we arrive we felt the hospitality by the receptionist and members of the property they were very kind and friendly. Always there for you whenever you needed them. The facilities are great and service 10/10. I would definitely come back to spend some days in this area . I strongly recommend to stay at Villa Zanic.

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. If you are not a big fan of "all inclusive" vacation this is for you. We walked around a lot, the transportation works fine. There are many dining options and small shops are nearby. The room overlooks the beach and we heard the sea every minute of our stay, which is perfect. The staff are excellent. Mladen gave us recommendations what to see and how to get around. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Was a bit concerned with checkout where the proprietor said that the Hotel does not take credit card and I must pay cash (mentioning a nearby ATM). I said to proprietor I was worried about ATM hacking (by skimmer) and using foreign ATM's may have other risks. Proprietor kindly said I could pay by sending Euros to his wife's iban bank account, so doing that option. I mentioned that it would be nice to list cash payment policy on Expedia site as Expedia seems to be the contractor for making the agreement/deal on the booking. Otherwise customers cannot estimate how much cash to bring on foreign travel if a hotel demand pops up at the last moment.

The property was perfect. We had a unit just steps from the beach . Upon arrival we were provided with an ice cold beverage . The entire staff were hospitable and kind . I would highly suggest staying at Villa Zanic. We look forward to returning one day .

The most beautiful stay for my sister and I from Australia! The hosts/ reception are absolutely amazing and so attentive in helping plan activities & restaurants. This hotel is humble but has lovely air conditioning and the most comfortable bed! The hotel features the most beautiful terrace to enjoy your breakfast or a drink overlooking the private beach! Perfect beach holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Split, only a short 15 min uber ride away! So you can enjoy your private beach here at the hotel in the day & enjoy the city by night! There are beach toys, paddle boards, umbrellas and beach chairs to enjoy complementary which was amazing! We were so well looked after! Thank you for the most memorable stay! Would recommend for friends, couples or families travelling!

Vi är mer än nöjda med vår vistelse på Villa Zanic. Engagerad, service-minded och jättetrevlig värd! Vi hade ett rum med bara några meter till stranden som tillhör boendet. Där fanns gott om solbäddar och varje rum har ett parasoll. Rummet är inte det största men har det som behövs. Helt ok säng och sköna kuddar. AC och wifi som oftast fungerade bra på rummet. Nära till livsmedelsbutik (obs stänger kl 21) och några restauranger som är helt ok. Förutom härligt strandhäng finns det inte så mycket att se och göra i direkta närområdet men det är inte långt till Split. En Uber dit kostade för oss ca 9 euro. Vi kan också rekommendera en tur till en fantastisk restaurang med magiskt utsikt, Argola. Stort tack till Villa Zanic för en härlig vecka!

Olimme pojan kanssa kaksin Podstranassa kokonaisen viikon. Villa Zanic on ihana paikka! Meillä oli pieni studiohuoneisto alimmassa kerroksessa. Huoneen terassilta oli aivan ihana merinäkymä ja muutama askel kävelykadun yli omalle rannalle. Huoneistoon kuuluu omat rantatuolit ja aurinkovarjot, terassilla pöytä ja tuolit sekä kuivausteline. Meidän huone oli aika pieni yksiö, jossa kylpyhuone, pieni keittiönurkkaus, sänky, pöytä ja vaatekaappi. Hotellissa on myös isompia huoneistoja. Huone oli tosi siisti ja siivous oli mahdollista saada päivittäin. Rakennus yleensäkin pidettiin siistinä ja siitä sekä ympäristöstä pidettiin huolta. Paikassa on ihana, tosi palvelualtis henkilökunta, jolta voi pyytää apua mihin vaan. Ravintolaa ei ole, mutta aamiaista saa tilaamalla edellispäivänä. Kahvia ja virvokkeita tarjoillaan vieraanvaraisesti ilmaiseksi. Villa Zanic ja koko seutu on rauhallinen. Lähiympäristössä on muutamia ravintoloita ja pari kauppaa. Myös bussipysäkki on lähellä ja bussilla numero 60 pääsee puolen tunnin välein Splitiin. Aikataulut eivät tosin pidä ja tie Splitiin on melko ruuhkainen, myös busseissa on paljon matkustajia. Suosittelen lämpimästi Villa Zanicia ja Podstranaa.

Hotellet ligger helt fantastisk med ca 10 meter till strand/ hav. Rummen är av enklare modell men har allt man behöver. Vi hade en egen terass vilket gjorde att vårt lilla boende kändes mycket större. Det märktes att det är ett familje hotell och alla som jobbar är helt fantastiska. Fin service och väldigt hjälpsamma! Finns en strandpromenad som leder till 2 olika restauranger som är trevliga men dyra! Finns 2 små affär väldigt nära. Stannade 3 nätter vilket nog var lagom då det inte finns jättemycket att utforska kring hotellet. Uber appen är verkligen att rekommenderas även om buss finns nära. Åter igen, personalen helt fantastiska och läget på boende tycker jag det är ett bra boende. Obs, stenig strand och krävs badskor men är detta är väldig vanligt i Kroatien. Solstolar och paddel board ingår Söker man lugnet är detta bra!
