“Maison dans un cadre extraordinaire, sur un côteau, avec vue, de la terrasse, sur les oliviers, les vignes, la vallée et le côteau suivant. Panorama dont il est impossible de se lasser, avec couchers de soleil en prime. Pas de voisins immédiats. Belle et grande piscine. Les enfants ont adoré également jouer au ping-pong dans le pavillon en face de la propriété. Pour le tennis, beau terrain mais il faisait trop chaud… Maison confortable, spacieuse. En fait il s’agit plutôt de 2 maisons jumelées,……

“This home is a little peace of heaven. When we arrived, we parked in the car area, walked up the stone steps through a beautiful arch, and made our way to our apartment. Communication with Paolo was easy, making our arrival delightful. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome. Our apartment had a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. “Beautiful courtyards and property. Need a car. Living space/kitchen not big enough for 8 adults. We ate two lovely meals at the little restaurant. Kitchen could be better equipped as not enough glasses etc. Great staff very helpful”

“Siamo stati in tre famiglie in questa bella casa con piscina. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e molto accoglienti. La casa si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia ma anche dei bellissimi villaggi medievali come Todi, Montefalco, Bevania, ecc La casa ha tre appartamenti separati con ingresso indipendente, ma c’e Una grande cucina in cui noi siamo stati in 11 senza problemi (colazione ma’ anche quando la sera faceva più fresco). Consiglieró sicuramente ad altri……

“We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, inbesondere die grosse Terasse (Gli Gnomi), die beiden Pools und die Nähe zum schönen Spoleto (10 Min. zum Parkplatz Posterna, Rolltreppe). Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Bad recht komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage ist allerdings nur im Wohnraum. Leider ist das Haus von Gli Gnomi sehr hellhörig bzgl. oberer Wohnung, wir hatten das große Pech, schreiendes Baby und nicht zeitumgestellte Gäste aus dem dem Osten über uns zu haben, daher Lärm bereits vor……

“We are a family of 6 and stayed for 5 nights whilst visting Rome. It's easily accessible to Rome and we often drove to Ribbibia Metro station which was an hours drive and then 20mins into the heart of Rome. Also an hour's drive to HydroMania water park. The local village of Casaproto was about 5 mins walk and was a beautiful local village. The property itself was traditional and on the basic side, but cosy none-the-less. “Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss....”
