Very well equipped kitchen with a filtered-water tap and abundant supplies of everything (except light bulbs). Put a Sea Ranch visitor pass on your dash and take Vantage Rd for easy coastal trail access. Only 4 miles to Gualala restaurants, groceries, and kayaking.”

“Abalone Point is a wonderful home for an extended family reunion. My large family, consisting of four siblings and our spouses, spent three nights here. We loved the spacious layout and great kitchen facilities. The beautifully decorated home features multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for spending time together, while allowing for separation when a bit of space apart is needed. The fourth bedroom in the Casita was great for the late-to-bed, late-to-rise couple. There are good local dining……

“This was a perfect place to spend a few days in July! The weather was amazing and the walk along the bluff trail occupied most of our days. We saw so much wildlife! The house itself has beautiful architecture, spacious places to unwind and read/relax, and of course the hot tub. The beds were comfy with soft linens. About 4 minutes drive away there is Surf Market that supplies anything you could hope to cook. John was easy to communicate with and the check-in/check-out was well organized and easy……
