"Room was small but it was a last minute booking on.busy weekend and the last room available. Great professional staff, comfortable beds and very clean/classy. Hotel convenient to everything to do in Newport. Will stay again!"

Cute little seaside cottage

"Ames and Meg are super responsive owners. We stayed in Unit A of the duplex. It was warm and inviting. (Comfy beds are key).The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. We were walking distance to a rocky beach and fun dining. It was a short drive to Newport as well as the ferry to Block Island."
