“Family road trip from eastern nc to Ohio for nephew’s birthday. Check in was easy and property owner easy to reach and responsive. Area had just recently flooded but waters had receded such that roads were clear throughout our stay. Some businesses near by were not opened due to cleanup. Property is on 2nd floor and stair accesses were both clear.and accessible.Though the unit we rented had no balcony access it was an easy walk across the street to the riverwalk for awesome water views of the……

“We enjoyed our girls weekend stay at The Springer House. The view of the Ohio river is great and the tiny town of New Richmond is just about 30 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. ”

“We were visiting my sister and her family who live in Fort Thomas. There was a large group staying at her home (We were in town for a 50th birthday party) so we wanted to stay somewhere with a little more room, but close to her house. This place was perfect! We could walk to her house (and a cute little breakfast spot), the place had everything we needed, and check-in was a breeze. We will be back in May/June for a graduation party. We are going to try to book this place again.”

“This home was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the design, decor and furniture. It was evident that a lot of thought had been put into the color schemes and finishing throughout. Our kids especially loved the bunk beds. We stayed here while visiting the Newport Aquarium and the Ark Encounter over spring break. The home is close to several different restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. This was a much better option than staying in a hotel.”

“Nice facility with a great location. Stairs can be a chalange for older guests. Decoration were excellent and made it feeL like home. Main double bed sagged to the middle and wife slept on the couch.”

“This studio apartment met our needs. It was better than staying at a motel. We were there for 4 nights. The bed was comfortable; it was quiet at night. It could have been cleaner but at least the bed and the bathroom were clean, which is a big concern for me. I would stay here again.”
