This attached condo is in an oceanfront building with only 4 units, all on 1 floor so there's nobody above or below you. Our unit is directly facing the beach and beach access is on the side of the building (see pictures). The location is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border (which is at Grosser St). Each unit has separate entry stairs to their own personal ‘main floor deck’ and the door to each unit is entered from that private deck. There is a spiral staircase to the roof deck and the staircase is shared by the front two units but once you get up to the roof deck there is a divider between the 2 sides of the roof deck so you have your own space on the roof deck. The pictures shown are just your section of the roof deck.
