“We booked our stay for 5 nights. When we got there, they said they only had 3 nights available, so we had to leave after the 3rd night, and find other accommodations. I don't know if the problem was with Hotels.com, or with the hotel. Once I returned home from my vacation, I contacted Hotels.com, and a refund for the remaining 2 nights will be coming. “住了四晚，房間舒適寧靜乾淨，酒店位置便利，10-15分鐘步行可到鬧市及費娃湖。 不過房間wifi訊號極差，只有站在門口位置才能使用，其餘位置包括床上、座椅，一概無法使用，多次向職員反映，均無法改善。 其中一晚洗澡期間突然沒熱水，再等5分鐘仍然無熱水。 早餐一般，大堂非常多蚊子，坐了十分鐘已被咬很多口。”
