Located just a 2 hour drive north of Sydney, The Holiday Retreat is the perfect accommodation for families, friends, wedding groups, concert goers or golfing groups looking to escape to the heart of Pokolbin. Surrounded by tree-lined filtered views, this beautifully designed home offers 3 bedrooms (all with king split beds), 2 bathrooms, and two spacious loungerooms. The rear entertaining area with a BBQ is perfect for relaxing and soaking in the peaceful outlook.

The home features a laundry door with an exclusive
doggy entrance, ensuring your furry friends feel at home (up to two
small dogs allowed). The fenced and secure yard provides a safe
space for them to enjoy.

The Holiday Retreat is located in the serene Casuarina precinct, only a short walking distance from 'Nineteen' - restaurant and bar and The Vintage Facilities so you can enjoy The Vintage 25m lap pool,
children's playground, day/night tennis courts, 24-hour gym facilities
and acres of natural park lands.

Practically centered in the vineyards of Pokolbin, Lovedale and
Rothbury you have your choice of activities; meals at dapper cafes
and restaurants, boutique outlets, wine tours + tastings and some
adventure on the ground or in the sky for those slightly more daring.

Enjoy exclusive access to The Vintage Resort facilities during your
stay in this luxurious holiday home. Take a refreshing dip in the lap
pool, challenge friends to a game of tennis on one of two courts, or
recharge with a session in the gym. Experience all the perks of a
resort while unwinding in the comfort and privacy of your own
retreat.

Please note: this property DOES NOT have garage access. 2 cars
will fit in the driveway. Any additional vehicles to be parkedat our
office carpark or the nearby Clubhouse.

A 1.21% surcharge is levied on all bank card payments.

Beautiful house with everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at vino e golf. It was really dog friendly for our 4 legged friend with a dog door and enclosed backyard. All bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen also had great utensils and supplies. We had a minor issue with using the barbecue but the property manager was helpful in sorting this out for us. Lovely fire pit and backs onto a nice green space. Overall really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The home was excellent; comfortable and well-appointed. There were a couple of lights not working and the property manager was extremely responsive and fixed them within a couple of hours. Location is great for wineries and attractions of the area.

The outdoor furniture not clean and the cushions are old and broken. We're found pieces of glasses in the living room. The small front living room is so smells. We didn't use it. I giving this information for your own good to help improve your service. The rest of the service is great. I was enjoying the club house and nature around the house. Thanks for asking.

A beautiful modern, airy and bright place in the Vintage complex in Pokolbin. Perfect location to be based for exploration around the Hunter Valley, make use of the complex's pool and tennis court and to enjoy relaxing in the lounge and dining area, backyard and firepit. An outstanding place, highly recommended.
