“Nice place, very comfortable, beautiful spot on the lake. House was perfectly cleaned. Appliances and everything included were newish and worked great. Lots of little nice touches around the house. Probably the best rental we've ever had. Owners go above and beyond with obvious pride in their lovely lakeside cottage.”

“This beautiful home was perfect for our family for six adults and four small children. We live in three different states, so coming to your house allowed us to spend extended time together. One of our favorite activities was flying paper airplanes from the balcony of the top floor to the living room. Thank you for leaving two small foam airplanes to inspire us. The living room was a great place to gather to read a pile of children’s books intermittently throughout our days with our little ones.……

“The house is exactly what the listing describes. Best place I’ve stayed at! They had everything you could think of, and if you forget something, they must likely have it there. Host answers pretty quick. We had a great time, we hope to be back to use that beach! I was a disappointed, there was a storm coming in, so I wasn’t able to stay my full time & I didn’t get offered any kind of reimbursement for the night I missed. ”

I loved watching the water from my seat around the fire and listening to all of the woodland creatures going about their day. “This house was close to Portland in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It had plenty of space for me, my wife, and four kids. I love the care the owners take to make sure we have the comforts of home. It's fully stocked up with towels, toilet paper, kitchen cookware, you name it. They also took the time to label all of the light switches so you know how to turn everything one. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend. The home itself was nice, but the care the owners took to make……

“My wife and I stay for a long weekend, had a great time! Anything you might need is provided, watched the sun rise over the lake right from the dinning table, enjoyed the gas fireplace at night. Off the beaten path but not really 5min and your on the main drag with a multitude of stores. I'm sure its even nicer in the warm weather.”
