“Pictures are real, but misrepresent reality. And some details are misrepresented as well.
I bought (and paid for) a 3 stars residence for 4 people 2 adults + 2 children). In reality I rented an apartment very similar to a hotel room of less than 20 square meters including a balcony without sea view, good for 2 people. The host told me I had the largest apartment of the residence.
If you extract the second mattress from the sofa bed (3rd and 4th bed), the “free space” is far less than 10 square……

“Toppenläge precis vid stranden vilket gav hotellet ett lyft. Fint arrangerad trädgård men i övrigt inget höjdar hotell. Dåligt om inte totalt tomt på köksgeråd, stenhårda sängar/kuddar, halv dant städat och folk rökte precis överallt så det blåste aska in på balkongen och över bord och stolar. Inför rökförbud, det är ändå 2024. Stranden var smutsig av tång och gamla fimpar och ockerpriser för en solstol. ”
