“We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”

“Es war für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig, wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Haushalt ist super ausgestattet, egal ob Geschirr, Küchen- oder andere Haushaltsgeräte, es ist von allem ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung wurde unser Lieblingsplatz. Auch hier wurden durch die Gastgeber Auflagen, Badetücher und sogar Sonnencreme zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben uns noch nie so willkommen gefühlt wie hier. Die……

“Beautiful courtyards and property. Need a car. Living space/kitchen not big enough for 8 adults. We ate two lovely meals at the little restaurant. Kitchen could be better equipped as not enough glasses etc. Great staff very helpful”

“My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. “This home is a little peace of heaven. When we arrived, we parked in the car area, walked up the stone steps through a beautiful arch, and made our way to our apartment. Communication with Paolo was easy, making our arrival delightful. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome. Our apartment had a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. The apartment is well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked perfectly,……
