“Struttura meravigliosa su una collina con vista mare, montagna e costa calabra da togliere il fiato. Giardino e piscina da sogno. Belle conoscenze con gli altri ospiti. L'unica mancanza che ho notato, e che avrei molto apprezzato, è il bar in piscina. Consiglio questo residence a chiunque voglia visitare la Costa degli Dei.”

“Excellent customer service. The manager was extremely helpful. We arrived early and we were allowed to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.”

“Wir haben im Oktober einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, was aufgrund der Lage in 270 m Höhe gut war. Anlage war sehr schön, weitläufig und sauber. Insgesamt sind ca 15 Zimmer/Wohnungen da, ein schöner Pool, der bei voller Anlage für alle ausreicht, wenn man auch an den Strand geht. Der ist allerdings nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen oder man ist gut zu Fuß. Parkplätze am Strand im August wahrscheinlich schwierig. Die Tiere sind nicht zum Streicheln! Pferd……

Vicino al mare, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi oppure in macchina, con la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente vicino al mare. In alternativa vi è un servizio navetta. Appartamento grande e spazioso con patio o terrazza abitabile. Raccolta differenziata. Difetti: spiaggia libera molto limitata ed appartamenti che richiederebbero un ammodernamento in ragione dell'usura. Pet friendly ma forse 10 euro al giorno sembrano un……

“Schöne, grosszügige Wohnung im oberen Stock eines 3-Familien-Hauses. Hübsch eingerichtet, Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Ausblick. Lage etwas oberhalb von Ricadi Lido. Fussweg zum Strand möglich, jedoch ziemlich steiler Rückweg.”

“We have spent a wonderful holiday. There were 4 adults and we found everything we needed. Location is really nice, the view from the terrace is fantastic and we enjoyed wonderful sunsets. It is very convenient to easily reach the sea and all the awesome beaches coast of the gods. We abolutely recommend it”

“Villa in ottima e strategica posizione a Capo Vaticano, ideale per raggiungere tutte le più belle zone della Costa degli Dei e dell'entroterra. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tanto spazio sia all'interno che all'esterno. Il clima a Luglio è stato ottimo, sempre con brezza, e la casa si mantiene discretamente fresca e quando necessario è dotata di climatizzazione. Un ringraziamento particolare a Cesare col quale abbiamo stretto amicizia, e che si è sempre dimostrato prontamente disponibile durante……
