“We arrived shortly after hurricane Helene came through. The property was clean. Access to the community was easily obtained. The view was beautiful and I enjoyed watching the geese from the balcony. Very peaceful property. The house had what was needed for the short stay. We didn’t cook but used dishes for coffee/takeout. A lot of dishes are provided. Please note there are stairs from the driveway and then to get in the house. This is noted in the description but it bears mentioning again. If……

Was very happy to stay here. Beds were a bit older but ok. A couple of the doors were coming off the hinges and could be re tightened.We loved the kitchen and family areas and had very spacious backyard.Would recommend to others and stay again.”

“our family had a great time fishing swimming, and we had our pontoon boat dragging them around on the tubes was great. The parade came right by our house didn't have to leave to see it the kids had so much fun getting candy and being sprayed from the surprise water guns in the parade. We will definitely come back again. ”

“Wonderfully updated house with large fences in backyard. Beautiful koi pond. Kitchen was nicely appointed as well. This location was minutes away from the wedding venue ( Henry Hall Wilson house). Close to downtown Monroe which had several restaurants to choose from. Property manager Chris was attentive and responded quickly via VRBO app. We would stay here again if in the area!”

“Thanks for such an awesome stay! My husband and I and our 3 little boys, my parents, and my brother all had the best time. Comfy beds, nice clean bathrooms, arcade table for the kids, screen porch overlooking the lake to sip coffee...it was the perfect thing for us. Of course, the boat was the star -- very nice boat, clean, runs great. Easy fishing off the doc for the kids too. Owner was super communicative and friendly. Im sure we will be back!”

“This place was pretty awesome from our perspective. We arrived and our personalized code opened the door to cool air and a Beautiful home. The kitchen and living areas were well laid out. The collection of cookbooks made me wish we had time for cooking. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. My husband was delighted that the shower was designed for tall people (no crouching down to wash his hair). And then there was the view! The river was gorgeous. My mom did a few watercolors sitting……
