“nice and quite rural location yet only 10 minute drive to Lidl and a local supermarket. I would recommend this property for people looking for a basic but clean villa. Nice roof terrace and patio area. Pool was a bit dated but was very clean. Owner was very nice and he spoke good English..Ideal for cyclists and hikers. Took under an hour to drive from Palma airport..kitchen has a dishwasher and a nice oven and hob. Washing machine in utility room I overall recommend this place..”

“Loved our stay here. Very peaceful. Best of everything. Mountain views, lovely pool, close to safe, clean beach and close to Pollensa old town and Alcudia - which are both beautiful. Recommend the Pollensa market on Sundays and the Pollensa steps, sunset kayaking, dinner in Alcudia and a trip up into the Mountains (Lluc monastery is a good distance). Villa was beautiful. A very relaxing week. Communication with Pablo was super easy. Pack mosquito spray!!”

“Only disappointment was the fact that the sun only makes it into the courtyard and pool area between about 11am and 4pm due to the adjacent high buildings. I guess not surprising due to its central location.”

“Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse in einer insgesamt sehr ruhigen Gegend. Uns hat nichts und niemand gestört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist liebevoll angelegt und bepflanzt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gründe zum Meckern muss man suchen. Die etwas hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Räumen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. ”
