“Very very comfortable room. We drove 1200 km that day and had another 1200km to go. We were upgraded to the 2 bedroom villa, actually it was queen bed in the main area and a second room with 3 singles. Room is great, amenities great, beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you ”

“The rooms are renovated, clean and comfortable. We were really surprised as the from the outside the place looks like an abandoned pub. Well worth staying though for the price, comfort and location. The glass door at end of corridor is noisy when people come and go, but otherwise we found the place to be pretty quiet. ”

“Older style hotel in Goulburn cbd. Easy walk to everything. Some noise from live music on a Saturday night but ear plugs supplied by hotel. I didn't need them. Large bathroom with separate toilet. Great value for the budget conscious.”

“I have been here before and am used to the rundown condition. Mostly tradesmen but also many regular colourful characters. This time I got room 26 in the courtyard. It was noisy until 11 pm. Next time I will ask for a room facing the carpark - last time I had 12 or 12A which were much quieter . Sheets were clean as usual. Didn't use the TV. Fridge works fine ”
