"Traveled with my wife to Salida to ski at Cooper and Monarch. My wife doesn’t ski, and Salida has things for her to do. Brown’s Canyon Inn was neat and kept up nicely. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant next door was a good place to eat."

"We stayed at the Silver Ridge Lodge. Honestly, if I was just driving by I wouldn’t have considered it. It is an older establishment that has been effectively upgraded. Very nice features. Shower is great, beds were comfy, and you had an outdoor private entrance (not down a hallway). It’s dog friendly ..."

The perfect spot.
"The guest house is comfortable and cozy. We love the eclectic vibe and beautiful setting! The well appointed kitchen made meal prep easy. And, we especially enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub and fire pit. We’d love to stay there again!"
