“There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow. ”

“Hótel Le Roosevelt was a nice, clean hotel with a friendly staff. The room was fine and a good size for me as a single traveler. The toilet was in an awkward spot with part of a wall in the way, so one had to use it at a little angle. But easily managed. Overall, I rated it 5 stars except for the surrounding area which I rated 4 stars. To clarify, the area itself was fine, it just wasn't in a tourist area, such as Bellecour or Cordeleis. I would classify the area as local commercial, where……

“第一，房间很小。第二，房间里没有拖鞋，问前台要了一双，质量很差的那种。第三，房间里烧水壶也没有的，要喝热水得用咖啡壶。第四，阳台就是顶楼露台，下雨天就用不了了。第五，双人床其实是2张单人床拼起来的，中间有凹陷。”

“The hotel’s location is excellent - right in front of beautiful Saone and very close to Lyon old town. The transportation details provided by the hotel is so clear that I was able to arrive the hotel easily by public transportation without any issue. In addition, the hotel staff are very supportive and willing to assist, which make my stay relaxed and comfortable. ”

“我訂了3晚高級雙人房, 第一晚入住感覺不太良好, 因為花灑時冷時熱, 房間比較細, 歷日我便要求換房,前台亦坦白話有好幾個客人都有此問題,幸好都有房換,還比前一晚的大, 雖然花灑還是改變不大, 但空間大了便算”

“We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. In the second apartment, we found the ceiling in the bathroom with lots of molds and some of the plates were very dirty and with molds as well. We didn't borther to change to another room again. We didn't want to be charged for the dirty plates, so we broght the plates to the staff and showed them the bathroom photos when we checked out. Finally,……

“WiFi is not strong, especially at night.”

“I stayed there for 3 nights. My room had 2 beds, a double and a single. From the first night I slept in a double room and was attacked by bugs, I didn't know what kind of bugs it was. Told reception the next morning and they promised they would spray the room. The same thing happened the second night, and I ended up putting the tower on the single bed to sleep”

“酒店位置算中心，晚上電單車很吵，酒店因為有些年份，所以有陣霉味，厠所排水系統有陣異味，淋浴排水有堵塞。前台有幾個職員不太友善，很冷，不客氣，但是有位亞洲面孔的女生，很熱情，還讓我們提早入住。酒店的法國餐廳非常好，我們住六天，連續吃了三天晚餐，非常值得。”
