“We booked this place for a family of 5 plus two grandparents. The flat is really big but poorly laid out. It had four bedrooms but only one toilet, separate from the bathroom. It really needs another toilet, there is plenty of space! There was no book explaining how everything works, and the electricity cut out when we switched the cooker on, leaving us having to work out how to sort the fuse box ourselves. Boiler was not good enough for us all to have hot showers so some of us had to shower in……
