“We had a great time! Property great, pool lovely. We were in the region to attend our daughter's wedding in Rome and we didnt want to rent an apartment in the centre. Paola and Mario's house was perfect. We drove and parked at Villa Borghese in the underground parking. About 35/40 minute journey but you walk straight out by the Spanish Steps and you can cover all the sights on foot if you want or take a tour/metro. “We had a wonderful stay right next to the famed Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting and near many great places to eat. About 30 minute drive from central Rome. “We had fantastic three days at Carmine's. The house is truly spectacular, it must be like staying with Hagrid from Harry Potter. The place was full of old curiosities and had an exciting atmosphere.
