"I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. ..."

"Lovely property. I did t use any spa services so can’t comment on that feature. My room smelled a bit stall but open windows for a couple hours cured that. "Great quiet spot for the rugby weekend, train station close by although the lack of a footpath makes it a longer walk. Staff were nice and the place is clean and tidy, couldn’t ask for more."
