“This is the place to stay away from crowds and experience the local flare of Tuscany and Firenza region. Villa was lovely, safe, and as described online. We enjoyed the location to Florence and surrounding villages. Go to the town of Saltino, 25 minutes from the villa, for an incredible drive, view, and food, or try Tenuta Risalpiano for another restaurant new the villa. Overall, this was an incredible place to stay, relax, and enjoy the views.”

“The villa is located at the top of hill enjoying a stunning Tuscan countryside view. The house itself is antique however well restored, with an exquisite dining room and a professional kitchen. Breakfast is fabulous particularly the handmade orange jam making me feel myself the Paddington bear! We also tried the dinner set which tasted good and natural. For the welcome drink, try the hot chocolate made by the reception lady! It is a 2 hours drive from Florence or 1.5 hours from Siena, you may……

“Meget dejligt sted i en smuk gammel landsby. Mange fine små landsbyer - feks poppi - rundt omkring hvor man gå på opdagelse. Super god service. Man skal køre et stykke vej (af bjergveje) for at komme til raggiolo. Det er måske derfor at stedet fremstår autentisk og ikke overrendt af turister. Poolen er velholdt og indbydende. Vores lejlighed havde en lille have tilknyttet med skøn udsigt over bjergene.”

“The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned and there was food in the cupboards that had gone out of date long before our arrival. “We had a really good time at this property. Everything was very clean and it was well equipped for what we wanted. It was very hot whilst we were there, so the air con and pool were very much appreciated! The town itself has several decent restaurants (so no need to cook, if you dont want to!) and there are some local buses but a car is needed really to make the most of the wider surrounding area (including the beautiful pool).The owners were very welcoming and extremely helpful with any queries……
