“This property was perfect for what we needed. We were within walking distance to everything in Edgartown and the price was very reasonable. The rooms were clean and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again ”

“We stayed only one night to visit our daughter who lives in the area. We LOVE this place. Tom was incredibly accommodating to our needs and very knowledgeable about the area. It’s situated right on a beautiful beach and has amazing views. We were unable to take advantage of the breakfast, but from everything else we saw/experienced I am confident it would have been top notch! We will definitely return!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the guest house. The location is lovely on a quiet horse farm with easy access to the nearby bike path and road into town. The guest house is attached to the main house but with a private and respectful feel. The house is well stocked and the kitchen is top grade. The bedrooms upstairs are small but comfortable. Would return. ”
