The outside and area looks rough but the motel room was quite nice. Friendly staff. We slept well before our early morning ferry, which was just down the street.

Port Angeles as a whole is a slightly run down, coastal town. The outside of this motel is scary, no nicer way of saying it but the inside was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. The front desk staff was very friendly, ample parking and right next to a Walgreens! The beds were super comfortable we we slept like babies! Would recommend, don’t let the outside scare you!

Its very run down on the exterior. The rooms were nice. I could park under my window and keep an eye on my car. Few sketchy people walked by, 3 at most, everyone else was a normal tourist. Its in need of new paint job. But the room was pretty good. It was refurbed. Maybe good for quick night in and out. Not for from downtown for the price though. Bed was clean. Bathroom was clean. Towells were clean. Adequate, just could be really retro nice. Quiet. No drug adicts or homeless or anything like that. Decent coffe shop, Fogtown, up the street.

The host, a young man, was very helpful and kind, a pleasure to check in after a long drive. I did leave around 8 pm to go to store. When I got back at 9 pm, my spot was gone and had to park on other side of hotel. Hope this helps.
