Easy Breezy is nestled in a private, gated community of Biscayne on the Bolivar Peninsula and is walking distance to the highly favored Crystal Beach. This beach house provides a quiet escape where you can hear the waves crashing in that will take your worries and stress away with them allowing you to soak in the sunny and calming ambiance indoors and out. The simple elegance of the living space will draw you in. With a flowing great room, your family will love the abundant light, natural fabrics, and colorful touches of sand and sea. Take in the waterfront views from the expansive furnished patio or enjoy crafting a home-cooked meal in the stunning kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. Whether you’re relaxing with your family or entertaining guests, you have plenty of room to make it your own with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeping up to 14 guests. So whether its a long day at the beach with your toes in the sand or fishing in West Bay, you will find comfort in this home at the end of the day!

Spacious & accommodating

The homeowner was easily available when we needed him. The house is very spacious. It provided enough space for our big group. They supplied more than enough cooking pans & utensils. You do not need to bring shampoo, conditioner & body wash, if you don’t want to. There are dispensers in the showers. I was very happy that the outside shower had hot water. It was a very kind gesture for each bed to have two clean, rolled up bath towels & wash cloth. Would recommend staying here.

Exceptional View!

The property owner was extremely helpful, answered all questions,and replied immediately. The beach house was absolutely breathtaking; clean, plenty of rooms/beds, included everything that was needed to make our stay stress-free! The beach was walking distance and you can sit on the deck and enjoy a perfect breeze. My family and I really enjoyed it and will be going back! I'm sad that we had to leave.❤️

Wonderful home

Home was exactly as described. Very clean and accommodating. Had everything you need to enjoy a stay at the beach. From the utensils to linens and bath towels. It was all top notch. The neighborhood is an excellent location for families. It is gated with no thru traffic to the beach. The beach is wide and clean with little vehicle traffic. Safe for kids to wonder and play. Would highly recommend this home to families looking to enjoy a peaceful week at the beach.
