We have stayed at many VRBO rentals over the years and can say without a doubt this place was amazing. All 4 kids stayed in the bunk beds with plenty of room to never fight over space. They had absolutely everything we needed, and then some! We look forward to be able to stay again.

Beautiful location!

This property is perfect for a small group wanting to be on the water. The home is just steps from the beach.The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The deck, though was our favorite place to be! It was the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise or just listen to the waves.

A week of total relaxation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was well located and well equipped. Spotlessly clean. As usual Cobb took good care of our needs. The only slight complaint we had was that the pictures were out of date and the furnishings we expected (and looked forward to) were gone and replaced with less desirable pieces. I realize that's petty but our stay was different because of this. So if the furniture is important to you ask for current pictures.

Close to the beach entrance made it easy to walk right on the beach. Plenty of space, nice appliances and furnishings, with plenty of space for our three dogs. Thank you so much for a great vacation week, we will be back!
