House Rules and Policies
- No smoking in the house. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fine. Smoking allowed under house and on the balcony.

- Pets allowed w/ $125 pet fee. Max 2 dogs or cats at 50lbs each.
- Please keep pets out of the beds. Pets in beds will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100.

- Missing or damaged items like any linens, dishes, decorations or furnishings are subject to a replacement fee.

- No parties or large gatherings

- NOTE: The property requires stairs to access

- NOTE: There is no vehicle access (golf cart, car, truck, etc.) to the beach through the yard. Vehicle access to the beach is about 500 yards to the north on hwy 87, just 2 houses down and very close. Attempting to drive vehicles through the fence will result in $500 fine and immediate eviction without refund.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the front of the house facing the stairs, 1 camera is located at the top of the stairs facing down, 1 camera is located under the house facing the parking area, and 1 camera is on the back of the house facing the backyard. There is also a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected.
