“The apartment was well equipped. The fully equipped kitchen was particularly very comfortable. The view from the balcony was really nice. Overall, my friend and I were very satisfied.It should be said, however, that the apartment is a little higher up and you should be fit enough to walk to it from the bus stop. It was also very noisy. “Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage der Wohnung. Alles war wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt lief einwandfrei. Leider hatten wir direkt in der Wohnung unter uns und gegenüber eine Renovierung, so dass uns Baulärm im Urlaub weckte. Das war natürlich weniger schön.”

“L’hôtel est bien situé, avec un supermarché juste en bas, et la plage et l’aéroport sont à proximité. C’est idéal pour visiter la baie de Palma. Le studio était agréable et la piscine très appréciable. Nous avons toutefois rencontré une fuite d’eau dans notre logement. Bien que l’intervention ait été rapide, nous aurions préféré une solution plus complète, même si on nous a assuré que ce n’était pas dangereux. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un bon séjour.”

Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
