“Liked the private pool and the general one. Also liked the spa. Private pool was a bit dirty with leaves all around. Good to have a BBQ. Did not like that it felt like you had dirt under your feet all the time. All uo a great location though.”

“We had a terrific week at On the Beach holiday accommodations! The property management team was super responsive leading up to our visit, and the check-in process was smooth. The location of this rental can't be beat: we were steps away from Four Mile Beach (right by the netted part, super important during stinger season) and also steps away from all the shops and restaurants on Macrossan Street. “It’s like having your own private resort. Generous sized bedrooms. Separate sleeping quarters and granny flat from the house allows for a retreat from the main living areas. An added bonus, nearly every bedroom has its own bathroom with four bathrooms and five toilets in total - very beneficial for a large group. If considering booking during summer, keep in mind the living area is not air-conditioned and the pool is not covered. Overall, we had a fantastic Christmas getaway. ”

A beautiful quiet location with a lovely view but close to essentials for food shopping. We opted to cook up over eating out and had everything we needed.
