This stunning 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is a true gem nestled in the secluded Lakes Estate offering privacy and peace of mind.
Kailani boasts a modern design and high-quality finishes throughout. The open floor plan creates a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, perfect for relaxing during your holiday. Polished timber flooring adds a touch of elegance, while the bifold doors open onto the veranda allowing plenty of natural light.
The bedrooms are generously sized and offer a peaceful retreat after a long day exploring the Tropical North. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The backyard is a true oasis, providing a serene and private space to relax and unwind. The tropical landscape and saltwater pool create a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
Kailani is located in a quiet residential estate that is restricted by local by-laws that limit the number of guests in this house to 6 unless all guests are related. We ask our guests to respect their neighbours right to peace and quiet.

Perfect Holiday in the Perfect House
