Watermark Villa | Port Douglas

Located only a short stroll from Four Mile Beach, this villa offers you the comfort of an exclusive small home where you can enjoy your private pool and relax, or take a walk down to the beach for those blissful morning strolls. Watermark is tastefully decorated and boasts modern appliances. Tiled throughout downstairs for cool living with bifold doors opening up onto the pool area. Downstairs features the living/dining area, full kitchen, powder room and laundry, while upstairs has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature balconies that overlook the pool and park area across the street. A lovely place to sit and enjoy the tropical breeze.

Watermark is in a small complex of only four villas If you enjoy kiteboarding - or simply spectating!... Watermark is the perfect location with the one of the worlds best kiteboarding beaches at your doorstep.

Great place

This place was perfect for us! Had everything we needed! The shower in our room though was terrible it had no pressure whatsoever and you had to be in there for so long because I had to make sure I washed out all the shampoo and conditioner! Other than that we all had the best time!

Amazing experience

Exceeded expectations. Clean Modern Spacious.

Watermark Villa no 1 exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern spacious, quiet and felt quite new with everything you need in a home away from home, holiday stay. Modern furniture with an excellent entertainment/living space downstairs and the bi fold wooden doors opening up to the plunge pool, bbq and outdoor seating was perfect for relaxing. Airconditioned and ceiling fans kept us comfortable. Toilet, hand basin, washer and dryer, clothes airer completed the down stairs living. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and a small amount of groceries, tomato sauce, oil, plain flour, salt and peppers, sugar, coffee etc.... was appreciated. 6 x pool towels included, a vacuum cleaner, mop, broom and laundry basket. Up stairs 3 spacious bedrooms 2 x queen beds and two singles also ample shelving to unpack suitcases. 2 x bathrooms and air conditioners and fans in each bedroom. We did use the provided rugs on the beds as it was a little cooler at night and a sheet was not quite enough for warmth. Liquid hand soap was provided at each vanity also a small amount of laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, toilet paper and dishwasher powder to begin our 1 week stay. This accommodation felt new and inviting and was difficult to leave in such an amazing quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the main area of Port Douglas. 4 Mile beach is literally at the end of the street approx 300m walk. We only had one small issue which was the shower in one of the upstairs bathrooms we did n

Our family of 6 had a great stay at Watermark. The villa offered everything for a relaxed stay. We loved how close to the beach the location was too and the check in process was so friendly and easy. We also loved the cafe tips.

Great stay in Port Douglas

Watermark apartment has everything you need for a lovely stay in Port Douglas. It is a very short drive to the shops and restaurants so you need a car but it is a lovely and very quiet area. Extra bath mats are needed for one of the showers. Having the plunge pool was a great bonus.

Port Douglas unit

The unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained, it is a comfortable 5 minute walk to the beach and 5-10 minute drive into the centre of town. The unit is situated in quiet street and offers 3 bedrooms, all with balconies, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. We found it private and peaceful and a great place to relax. Having a private pool was great but unfortunatly the weather wasn't warm enough for us to swim.

Port Douglas Hideaway

Property Manager was very helpful, friendly and provided excellent communication regarding the property and the surrounding neighbourhood, restaurants and shops nearby etc. Minor maintenance issue was promptly addressed and resolved. Property was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Good location. Having our own pool was great. Walking distance to beach.

Great house for a X-Mas Break

Great house with all amenities available. Love the doors that open out to the pool area to give great indoor outdoor living space. Would recommend having a car as location is a little faraway from Port Douglas main shops but taxi and shuttle service also good. Having the Beach across the road was great for morning walks. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Great communication with agent Toni 😊

Great for a family holiday

Everything as described. Like a second home with good kitchen equipment and laundry appliances and a private pool. Parking literally on the front door and quiet neighbours. Highly recommended for a family.

Great place in Port Douglas

Overall a great place to stay. Close to everything in Port Douglas. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Undercover parking for 1 vehicle and airconditioned in every room of the house. The only thing that was an inconvenience was the ensuite shower has no door so the entire bathroom gets wet when someone showers. We ended up not using that shower entirely and used the main shower in the tub.
