“The room we were given was in poor quality. There were no slippers, shower gel and shampoo not refilled, no mini bar refrigerator and the shower room door was broken. The management response was also slow. We just cannot imagine this is the service standard and facility standard of Radisson Blu.”

“This hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS! Every detail is solidly and thoughtfully constructed, from the chair rail lining the hallway to the sliding bathroom door. But form without function is of little value, and the staff brings the function in spades. Everyone we met went out of their way to answer our questions. Special shout out to Reginald at the concierge desk-he was kind, knowledgeable and generous with his time and helped us to book an amazing outing! He knows the area and the hotel inside……
