“We had a great relaxing time staying a this Port Charlotte holiday rental. We were comfortable and it was nice to spread out in the multiple bedrooms and living areas. We took the opportunity to visit the town for meals and even a little live traditional music, and enjoyed waking the path along the coastline, complete with multiple rainbows and Highland Coos!”

“This dog-friendly cottage was overlooking the harbour and little beach.There were lovely wee touches that demomstrated that the owners cared about those staying there. One example was the detachable support handle in the bathroom for anyone requiring such support in the shower room/toilet.The cottage was immaculate and so comfortable and cosy.The village of Portnahaven was so beautiful and the people so amazingly friendly.We absolutely loved our stay and hope some day to return.We have stayed in……

“No contact from Homeaway regarding getting keys etc. Hours spent on the phone to various "customer service". Found out myself that it was managed by cottages. com. Logged in to their website to find all the information there. Probably spent too much money by booking through Homeaway rather than direct with Cottages. Com. Views were stunning, great location. Lovely gifts upon arrival (best banana cake ever) fresh flowers a lovely touch. Very clean. Missing a couple of things like a bbq and heat……

“Located within view of the Bruichladdich Distillery, at the end of a small Cul de sac with a nice garden and great views. Amenities were as advertised, clean, and generally very well equipped. Perfect bolthole for our short Islay whisky trip for our group of 4 friends. A touch on the small side for 4 large men sharing rooms, but it worked and everything went very smoothly. Key collection was simple, TV, Cooker, Fridge etc... all in working order. A nice welcome pack explained some local……
