“Ideal holiday accommodation for family with satisfying facilities. The seaside view of dinning and living room are wonderful. All rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is also perfect if you just want to stavocation in the South of the Isle of Man. The broadband speed is the only frustrating thing for me since it's not fast and stable. The local bus service is good but it may take a longer time to wait for steam train if you plan to travel o the North within a day. ”

“A very clean, spacious apartment centrally placed in the town, with free private parking directly outside the block in a large enclosed courtyard. Excellent value for money and would certainly recommend. ”

“Great location. Parking space on car park to the rear. Spotlessly clean. William the receptionist / caretaker was excellent. Has everything you need. However, it sells itself as a luxury apartment and it doesn’t live up to it. Eg. In the bedroom there is only one bedside table and lamp. On one corner of the bed there is only six inches in which to get past. The wardrobe is not great quality and the sliding door comes of it’s rail easily. ( can also be put back easily but.. ) in the living……

“The property has picture windows overlooking the bay - stunning views. The house was clean overall, comfortable and well equipped. Although there is a lack of shaver point which I use to charge my electric toothbrush. I had to buy a manual toothbrush. The rugs in hall, lounge and kitchen are unnecessary as the floors are tiled/parky flooring. These rugs could do with a clean as could the settees. Apart from that it was an enjoyable stay with easy parking at the bottom of the hill and a good 10……

“Ballaloaghtan is perfectly located 30 mins from Douglas but within easy reach of a village shop..5 mins, a fine dining restaurant….10 mins and beautiful walks from the barn. We had a mix of weather but we did get to enjoy a walk up to South Barrule, a cycle ride around some of the TT circuit and a visit to Laxey on the Electric railway. It was always a pleasure returning to the house where we could cook, eat and relax together after our busy days. We will be returning 🙂”

“Wonderful in-city location, walkable to shops, pubs, electric train, and other transport. Home was well appointed, fantastic ‘user notebook’ informative for all features of the home. Parking was tight but managers gave easy alternatives. Highly recommend for a stay.”
