“Our group of 12 had a wonderful vacation. This house was perfect for a bigger group allowing each family to have a separate sleeping space while still having a common space to cook and spend time together. The kids loved the ping pong table and the paddle boards. This house was ready to stay in, with all the needed amenities and more. Paul was wonderful to us and we are looking forward to returning next year.”

“We stayed here with our family for a few days and found it to be a convenient spot for a quick trip. The location is great, close to Cavendish, and the cottage had the basics we needed. It was clean and generally comfortable, though a few areas could use some updates or a little extra attention.One tip: we recommend parking on the side of the house. Since it’s directly across from the golf course, we came across several stray golf balls on the property.All in all, it was a decent stay; not……

“Great beach and views on a quieter side of PEI. Family and dog friendly with plenty of shellfish to catch at lower tides. Well stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare some meals. Would gladly stay again!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Red Barn! It was clean, well located and the host were super friendly. There was great restaurants nearby but also pretty much everything you would need to cook some of the great fish and seafood you could get in the nearby market. We slept like rocks and just loved the area. Strongly recommended! Thanks again to Paul and Anne for being great hosts. ”

“Everything was excellent, except for the beach access …isn’t a beach, isn’t on your property. We were nicely told we would be tolerated, but it wasn’t the rentals access. That said, a nice beach is a 5 minute drive away”

“Wonderful vacation property, bright and clean. Responsive hosts. Plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing. Loved that the master was away from all the other rooms. Quick drive to Cavendish for golf and the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Very well equipped. Used both the pool and the hot tub which were maintained several times during the week by property management. No issues at all. Would definitely recommend and would stay again with a large group. ”

“Truly on the waterfront with a gorgeous view across the Grand River, we enjoyed a relaxing view. High tide, low tide were all fabulous. Much wildlife kept us entertained. Incredibly quiet location! Conveniently located to explore the western half of Prince Edward Island -- 3 day trips to a variety of provincial parks, beaches, harbors, agriculture, aquaculture & wind farms were a few sights during our travels.”
