“Oak Canyon Ranch is a one-of-a-kind property!We gathered a group of 10 for a mix of hoteling and retreating - the amount of varied gathering spaces was incredible (outdoor and indoor dining tables, retreating space, A/V capabilities, outdoor exercise space, etc) Moreover, each individual cabin is well-appointed, clean, and comfortable (though the air fresheners were a tad bit strong for some in our party - easily solvable!) - all of our guests were thrilled and slept so well. “Beautiful home. If you are expecting three bedrooms, just be aware that two of the bedrooms don't have four walls surrounding them. They are open and it gets very bright in the morning. To get to the loft you must claim a ladder. It will get hot during the summer with no AC, but if you don't mind, I highly recommend this cute condo. We loved the location and the bright welcoming home. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house with panoramic views of the ocean. Very clean and well stocked with any needed household items. The beds are comfortable and checking in and out was a breeze. Be aware that the 101 freeway is located between the house and the beach. It doesn’t block the beautiful ocean views or access to walking to beach, but the traffic noise can be heard when sitting on the patio. Any traffic noise isn’t a problem inside however as the house is well insulated.……

“Booked this listing, all seemed well. No contact from the property owner, but assumed they’d reach out as we got closer to the trip. The day of check-in, I still had not heard from the owner. I called the number on the VRBO listing and it was clearly a burner phone. Had no way of accessing the property with lack of response. Had to scramble and find new accommodations last minute. I’ve never had such a horrible experience.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was just what we needed for a family event. The neighborhood was nice for walking our dog and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting the animals in the back of the property . Larry was particularly friendly!We will be back the next time we visit the area!”

“Property is nice, Unfortunately the property is a little dated and the cleaning crew that they have working for them is below subpar. The showers were moldy, the property was picked up but not clean. Hard to sleep in the Master bedroom with all the lights of the harbor and the park. It really has a Great view and located next to a nice family and pet friendly park. In all fairness, we would stay there again but it would be nice for it to be better kept up and cleaned. Host was nice and……
