“We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Dust on containers in Kitchen which hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Hairs in bathroom. Black mould in bathroom. Worst thing was to arrive and find no toilet roll whatsoever in the property. Fortunately, we still had time to walk into Fowery to buy some. Couldn't really understand the need to have check out time as nine, now that Covid restrictions are not so rigid and especially as we didn't think the flat had been cleaned all that……
