“This condo had a remarkable view but it has some deferred maintenance and it just has the bare minimum in kitchen cooking utensils. The master shower is leaking at the connection, baseboards are falling over in the kitchen and while the furniture is adequate, it’s not very comfortable. If you want to cook, you will need to bring your own cookingware. ”

“Steep sharp slope on drive knocked exhaust . This caused problems on every exit and entrance. Unfortunatley we had a family of Shrews living under washing machine. I removed 4 myself from accomodation. Fixters and fitting all fine although cupboards have a musty smell? maybe passed water damage ? ”

“We love this accommodation- it’s a spacious modern penthouse with an amazing view over Towan Bay. Great communication with the host and he very quickly helped sort out initial problems we had with lighting and heating after a power cut. They were sorted efficiently and all working 100% again within a few hours of notifying him of the problem. I would highly recommend this accommodation as it’s in a fabulous location for Town and the beaches , is really clean and has an amazing view from the……
