“We just cannot rate this property highly enough. Absolutely fantastic stay. From initial contact to the sad time we said goodbye communication has been excellent. The property is spacious and clean, it has everything you need. The pool is very private and welcoming after a day out exploring. The villa is in a quiet residential area, you do need a car though to explore. Two short roads to the public beach and lovely little corner shop. The residential cat and her kittens were a delight. “Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants (5 ans, 3 ans et 9 mois) et y avons passé presque trois semaines. La villa a parfaitement répondu à nos besoins et au-delà. Elle est très bien située, dans un village à la fois paisible, authentique et près des principales attractions du Nord et du Centre. Les aires de vie, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, sont vastes, bien conçues et agréables. Les chambres, climatisées, sont confortables. La villa bénéficie d'un accès au littoral via un petit passage……

“Amazing place to stay! The location is perfect and walkable to nearby beaches, shops, restaurants, bus stops, etc. The hosts are very kind; they organize events on the rooftop for people staying at the villa to get to know each other, even threw a birthday party for me. They are always available to help and guide you throughout the neighborhood and even drive you to places. If you are looking for a place to stay in Peyrebere or Grand-Baie, this place will definitely meet your needs. ”

“Zu dem Vermieter Sunny hatten wir vor und während des aufhaltesdie ganze Zeit via WhatsApp Kontakt. Es hat alles bestens funktioniert. Das Haus ist so wie in der Beschreibung, Ich würde sagen es ist aber eigentlich größer wie in der Beschreibung. Der Keller ist die Garage. Das Erdgeschoss ist Küche mit Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Dusche und Toilette. Im ersten Obergeschoss sind drei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer eine Toilette und eine Dusche mit Toilette und ein großzügiger Balkon und ein Stockwerk……

“Nous avons été reçus par DEVI, qui n'a pensé qu'à nous faire plaisir. C'est une perle !Elle nous a concocté des repas extraordinaires. Elle est souriante, attentionnée, adorable, et a répondu à toutes nos questions.Nous l'avons amené avec nous pour faire les courses, elle était ravie.La maison est très sympa, confortable, propre et l'emplacement idéal pour les couchers de soleil et la baignades.Que du bonheur !”

“We have just recently spent 2 weeks at Villa Athena and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It is a really lovely villa with an outside patio area and of course a small pool. The master bedroom is wonderful with en-suite and doors opening up to the pool. The entire lounge/dining area opens up to the patio and pool giving a real open air feeling to the villa. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived and the host reacted very quickly arranging an electrician to make the repair. Good……

“La résidence est calme, à proximité de la plage, commerce, change et bus. Très bien située entre Trou aux Biches et Cap Malheureux. On a même pu faire le jardin Pamplemousses en bus. À Pereybere nous trouvons à manger pour pas cher et très bon.”
