“Well now, this is officially only a 2 star hotel and so you might easily overlook it, but this is a really GOOD 2 star - big bedrooms with excellent AC, a fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool et., powerful WiFi signal, which is a big PLUS! Staff are laid back and not fussing around and an authentic breakfast which is really good for onlyJ$1,500pp. There is short path to a lovely secluded beach with a gentle sea to bathe in. “After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud.……
