“Was excited to be on 21st floor even city view. However we couldn’t even see out the window. Still had wonderful stay. Housekeeping did a great job because we tracked sand in 2 days and we couldn’t tell the next day. Upset I did not get name of taxi driver to airport that they scheduled for us. After he bashed “the Jews”, he went into US politics which we said we didn’t want to discuss but he continued on. Oh and texting while driving. “- Room had to be changed 3 times. - Bed linens were stained. - Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when asked to change rooms - said there were no housekeeping on duty. - Bathroom towels were all mismatched in color as well as heavily stained. - Vanity drawers contained a spider and cobwebs. - Room did not even have a complimentary coffeemaker or anything to make a cup of tea in the morning. - Fridge in the room was filthy. - Curtains in room was not opaque and allowed light through. - Bed moved……
