“Great location for our visit. Near shops and restaurants in Redmond. Gas station, Starbucks and a couple small restaurants across the street.”

“The tiny little wall heater struggled to keep the place warm. It was freezing most of the time until I finally figured out how to change the program on the thermostat. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, or laundry soap. I figured it out, but would have been nice to have those items. The bed was quite soft. I slept well, but feel like a longer stay might not have been good. There were no extra blankets or pillows. I loved that it was in walking distance to the grocery store……

“The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. ”

“Management was on point. Property is quiet, clean and secure. ”

“This place was fabulous!! It was a short commute (by car) to get to downtown- 15 minutes only. The views were amazing- from the street, which is on a hill, you can see the water. Just amazing! The one minor issue is that no parking space comes with the property, but I was always able to find street parking 1 or 2 blocks away.”

“The place was easy to find, great location- within walking distance of a bunch of things. It is a basement and along with basements- come spiders. It would have been nice to have more than one towel to shower with, since it’s a basement- towels stay damp and didn’t dry out very well. It was a great place to stay for the week we were in Seattle. ”
