"The room was upgraded which was lovely and nice. Although "lake view" was more snow piles. The massages booked were cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and I specifically asked if the Hot tub/sauna/pool were working 2 days prior and the hot tub was not which was one of the main reasons we were ..."
