Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. CONS: Location of key box neither obvious nor specified. No accommodation for trailer parking not specified in advance. Photo on Vacasa shows the back of the unit (away from the street). This made for some difficulty in identifying the correct unit on after dark arrival. WiFi service was interrupted.PROS: Clean & neat.Comfortable bed.Excellent shower.Quiet neighborhood.Good beach access.
