Centrally located between Port St. Joe and Apalachicola, this dog-friendly home has a fully loaded kitchen and large common areas perfect for your next family vacation. A sun deck and screened-in porch make for the perfect setting to enjoy a home-cooked meal. Fishing, crabbing, and shelling are steps away from the home, with a cleaning station on-site for your catch- the home and surrounding areas offer various activities to keep everyone entertained and create memories that last a lifetime.

What's nearby:
St Vincent Wildlife refuge is located one mile away. This nature reserve offers various hiking trails showcasing wildlife and nature up close. Cape San Blas Lighthouse is another main attraction offering bay views from the top and a gift shop located inside.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice home in great location, very relaxing

House was well equipped and perfect for our family vacation. Kitchen stocked well with everything to cook. Master needs a new mattress, deep dip in bed. Other bedrooms excellent, porches awesome. Cant see the ocean but can hear it. Quick walk to beach 2-3 mins, boardwalk close. Communication was not stellar with Vacasa. Using Vacasa was the most unpleasant part of the experience. Texts, emails, and app messages just too many places to communicate and receive information and not get answered. If you are the homeowner, go with a different company. Vacasa is subpar!

Nice home base for our family.

Nice beach house as expected. Clean and functional. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. Remember to bring cooking oil and spices if you are planning to cook. Also foil or plastic wrap if you use them. Towels were fluffy and clean. The mattress in master bedroom may be lacking support. It is very soft but not lumpy. Nice area. Had a little trouble locating the correct house at arrival. Short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise and sunset. Make sure you visit the Indian Pass Trading Post for oysters!

Great Vacation get away!

This was our first time to vacation in this area! This property was so close to the beach, less than a 3 minute walk. The porches were great, you could hear the ocean! I would recommend you stop at the grocery store in Port St. Joe before heading to the property, there is no where to shop in Indian Pass, we loved it and will definitely be back!

We were looking for a Florida getaway without the crowds. Indian Pass/Port St Joe is the place. This home was one house in from the beach in a cute, quiet neighborhood. The house was great and we spent most of our house time outside on the screen porch. You will find white sugar sand on the beach and miles to walk. Plenty of birds to entertain and we even saw a whitetail deer sleeping in the backyard.

Great house but time to replace king

We loved our time at Seaside Searenity. The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the location was fabulous. However, the mattress on the king sized bed needs to be replaced. There are very deep, distinct impressions on each side. Getting in and out of bed felt like a sitcom bit.

Yes the crabs are real.

We had a great stay. House was clean, short walk to beach, and dog friendly. Lots of wildlife. Birds, crabs, fish, turtles. I had a young woman with a child if a crab we were looking at was real. Yup they are real and can get a little testy when you bother them. Overall great place for rest and relaxation. I will be back.

Seaside Serenity is Paradise

What a joy to find such a treasure. Loved, loved, loved this home. Everything you could want and more. While it was just my hubby and I with our fur baby, the house is spacious enough for the whole family. Will definitely be back!

Stay at Seaside Serenity

This home is just as advertised. Perfect place to take your family, very quite, a very short walk to the beach, and no crowds on the beach. This home is well equipped and extremely clean. Nice screened porch with plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again. Price is very reasonable for a place this nice and this close to the beach.

Beautiful beach

Great beach house to relax and unwind. Fully equipped home, only suggestion would be the addition of a couple of folding chairs to take to the beach. We enjoyed biking everyday and particularly enjoyed Port St Joe and Appalachicola.

Island Paradise

This place was awesome. It was spotless when we arrived and the location is very convenient to the beach. The location appears to be recovering from storms so we had long stretches of beach to ourselves. Many people recommended a golf cart, with just two people and a dog. It was close enough for us to just run in when we needed to and come back in a short time. My husband caught lots of cool fish. I have never seen so many stars at night, it very dark so it’s spectacular. We loved our stay, the owners are very nice. If you plan to cook. I recommend bringing your own seasonings or you’ll have to go to the general store. COVID had made it so we could not leave anything for sharing.

Indian pass seaside serenity

The house was clean, the check in and out was very easy. The beach is a short walk, renting a golf cart was very efficient for transporting beach gear and you can drive it on the beach. The kitchen was stocked with utensils. The screen porch was one of our favorite spots.

Would stay again

Quiet, clean and easy access to beach. Yes there are properties that have not been developed since the hurricane. And there are places that still have debris. Didn’t bother me but might bother some who don’t understand the devastating damage a hurricane can do. Also, dog friendly beach and auto mile/golf carts allowed on beach. Didn’t bother me either. People are friendly and I enjoyed talking to the locals. House was nice. Good size. A little on the older side but nothing that stood out. This place has every pot, pan, utensil you could think of. I would stay here again. I enjoyed this house.

A fantastic beach escape place

Perfectly stocked, clean, and located. Easy access and clearly experienced owners. Perfect for a group trip or just a couple. Two of us and our large dog fit great in there and the lot had great access to the beach. Highly recommend and will be back

Lovely home and great stay

We had a lovely stay at this property and it was so great to take our 2 dogs and have friends come and stay with us For two of the days. The property is very well equipped and was nice and clean when we arrived. The beach is just a short walk and that is also dog friendly. The only downside we had was the air conditioning went out on thanksgiving but we had a guy come out the next day and fix it for us. I’m still giving this property a 5 star as we all had a fantastic stay and it was so nice to be able to bring our dogs! We will definitely be coming back and staying again!

Very nice little house

It’s a nice house in a good location. The house was clean however, several pieces of silverware were not clean and some of the cookware felt greasy. Would be nice if you could get into the house under cover. We were there during Hurricane Sally so had to get to the car/ house in the rain. Would appreciate brighter lightbulbs in the lamps. 60 watts are just not bright enough for folks who like to read.

Seaside Searinity

We enjoyed the home very much. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Master was extremely soft. We called it a marshmallow bed! We rented a golf cart from Brian at Port St Joe Rent All and it was waiting on us when we arrived. Perfect for getting gear to the beach. We fished one day with Capt. Roger Thomas of Southern Tide Charters and that was a great trip. Overall the house is perfect for a laid back beach vacation. You can't see the water but it can be heard from the front porch which is screened and keeps the horrible mosquitos at bay. The camera w/mic in the area underneath was a little off putting and strange but we had fun with it. We would rent this house again.
