Head up the outside stairs to reach the second floor, where the kitchen, living, and dining areas reside. Thanks to the open floor plan, the chef of the group won’t miss a moment of fun while whipping up a delectable meal in the fully equipped kitchen, which features high-end appliances and spacious counters. *Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
** This home is located in the Seagrass gated community. There are rules which prohibit trailers/boats from being in plain sight within the community. All boats/trailers must be kept in the garage or parked elsewhere. Garage doors are standard size and only a small boat will be able to fit past the doors. No RV’s allowed.
