"The Heron Beach House" is a Gulf front beach house located at 312 Sea Grove Way, Port Saint Joe, FL 32456 Just east of Mexico Beach, Fl. Windmark has 2 very large community pools with the new Windmark North pool being a 3 minute walk from the house. Walk to the white sand beach in 5 minutes or you can drive to the beach parking and walk to the beach. If you drive, the beach access with free parking is just down the street or use the new community beach boardwalk just steps from the beach house!
The floor plan is a 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage plan that sleeps 8 to 10 people with over 1800 sq ft of living space located in Windmark Beach North Community. Windmark Beach offers residents numerous luxury amenities and features including 2 community pools, easy access to the beach, and a versatile community center. Standard features of this home include stainless appliances such as a stove, microwave and dishwasher. Sorry, the community does not allow street parking or boat parking in Windmark community. There is boat parking available outside the community though.
