“We had a family fishing trip to Fourchon and stayed here. Easy drive to the fishing charter and beautiful scenery to sit outside and relax afterwards. Location and camp well-kept. Sofa bed could be more comfortable, but we made it work. Overall, would stay again. Also, be sure to support your local fishermen and buy from the shrimpers down the road. Beautiful shrimp!”

“This place was awesome. Decided to take a last minute trip with my family. Working with property manager was phenomenal. Very understanding and patient with me while I was planning trip. Property needed to be cleaned a little, but due to last minute reservations I understood. Very spacious for a group of 7 and Wi-Fi and AC worked great. Would definitely stay again.”

“The cabin we stayed in was comfortable for 2 adults and 3 teenage boys and if needed was 3 more spots to sleep . It had basically just about everything you would need to cook 3 meals a day , bring your coffee cups but otherwise I found dishes, pots and pans , utensils and coffee pot and glasses, laundry detergent and etc In Venice La you either cook for a good meal or pay for over priced gas station food or marina food. Only thing to do down there is fish, drink , or wash dishes. Dollar General……

“Stayed at Shandy land with a few friends. Conditions were brutal because of the snow storm -on earth would have expected that in Port Sulphur lol. The camp was terrific, exactly as pictured and described. Wouldn’t change a thing about the place. The owner messaged while we were there to make sure everything was going smoothly. “We stayed at the inn...it was perfect! The inn manager was so nice and very helpful! We went during off season so it was super quiet. They have a nice little back patio area that you can sit and watch the water. We saw a ton of dolphins! ”
