“We loved this property! The location was perfect and the house was lovely. Every detail was taken care of to include snacks, coffee and creamers, and even bags for our laundry. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“The owner was able to accommodate my request of having a gathering of friends on the holiday weekend. Communication was good as he was accessible. Basement not included so be mindful for complete privacy you’ll have to pay more. The cost to host was also additional but understandable as most properties wouldnt allow parties of any sort.Very spacious and clean, would stay again ”

“Nurten's place was perfect for our family of all ages. Very spacious with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and nice furnishings. I'd highly recommend Nurten's house for a stay in the DC area!”

“The cottage is tiny, but it had everything we needed--a comfortable bed and a lovely shower. Everything was spic and span; there were ample linens plus extras; the HVAC was easy to operate and kept us comfortable. Loved the addition of a magnifying mirror in the bathroom! Kitchen amenities were just perfect. Would definitely stay there again!”

“Restaurant 1block& metro 1.5 blocks very helpful. Close to old town. Bathrooms smallish but nice/updated. We just coordinated our use.House very nice. Icemaker & water a bit quirky but overall very happy.”

“Nicely appointed basement suite. Entry was a little confusing at first but there are directions, and once you get it it's convenient. I appreciated the physical keys to the space.The suit has everything you need for a medium-term stay, including minifridge, microwave, washer/dryer (very helpful), and other small appliances and gadgets. The host was very communicative and responsive. Not much came up for me but I'm sure Bibek would help make sure everything goes smoothly.Two minor items to note……

“The location was very quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean and well equipped. The only issues were the sofa was broken or becoming unstable, the washer was leaking and very loud when running, and the door to the downstairs bedroom was broken. However, the property owner was quick to respond about the issues and our stay was unhindered by these issues. Just in case it is an issue for future guests, I will add that the downstairs bedroom doesn't have a TV. All other……

“In town for 4 days we really enjoyed the location. Metro access made everything much easier. The food and drink options were great and all within a very short walk. It was comfortable and cozy to relax in after a long day out.”
